  1. Please don’t use the word “Happy” in the same sentence as “Memorial Day”! This is a solemn day to honor and remember our heroes who died in the service of our country – nothing Happy about that… Perhaps Honoring or Remembering Memorial Day…

  2. Love that little Dresden Flag quilt! Have a great time teaching it — I know they’ll love it too!

    I’m happy that we have Memorial Day to commemorate those who have given their lives for our freedoms. We will forever be grateful.
